It has a great shelf life if stored correctly and can be used in baking and cooking! I just got my sample of this and it tastes amazing! Did you know that honey can have different flavors depending on the bees that make it? My favorite is Sage honey!

Want to make a sweet treat? Melt butter, throw in the honey and toss with some almonds or other nuts. Then place on a cookie sheet to cool. So yummy and easy to make!
