The Best Homemade Brownies

Bake.while.you.eat.brownies

If you have a family anything like mine, some nights it seems like they could care less about what you are slaving over making in the Kitchen for Dinner. All they want to know about is what is for Dessert. Or maybe your spouse has a midnight hankering for some chocolate. You have to try out these fast, easy brownies that are absolutely heavenly.

I usually prepare this recipe in between making up our dinner entrée. Then right before I leave the Kitchen to sit down at the table for Family Dinner, I slide these into the oven and they bake while we are eating. That way, once dinner is over and everyone has eaten all of their vegetables, these fresh, warm brownies will be ready for the taking.

Now, I’m no fool. I know some people would just rather opt for the Box brownie mix and call it good. If you are going to do that. Try out the recipe listed below, all it requires is 2 ingredients. The Box Brownie Mix and a can of Cola. Sounds funny right? Nope. It’s just as delicious. You won’t even need oil, or eggs. Just Mix and Cola, That’s it!

So instead of opting for the “I don’t have time, I’m tired” excuse. Do what I do. Bake while you eat! Now everyone will go to bed happy. Be careful though. You can’t just have one. These are scrumptious.

Brownies & Cola
